Today’s recipe for Christmas Morning Breakfast Bake is one of the recipes that I will be cooking at the Taste of London show – it uses a2Milk, a 100% natural fresh cows’ milk from specially selected cows, which contains only the A2 protein, and is free from all A1 protein which is the protein that causes problems in those who have problems digesting normal milk.
